You Can't Build Accountability If You're Still in the Middle.
September 2025
I’m a featured author with a multi-page article on accountability and delegation.
The core message is simple: performance lifts when you stop being the bottleneck and transfer ownership, not just tasks.
Highlights you’ll find in the piece:
-
Why “task distribution” creates dependency and flat results.
-
The Delegation Domain: WHAT, WHO, REQUISITES, HOW.
-
What changes when you step out of the HOW: faster decisions, fewer check-ins, more ownership.
-
A simple “Start with one” move you can use this week.
If you read it and think “damn, that’s me,” schedule a 15-Minute Call with me. I’ll share how leaders use this structure to reclaim time for real strategy.

The CEOs I work with come to me overwhelmed and stuck in the weeds. They leave with structure, stronger teams, and a CEO role they actually enjoy.

The Climb | A Podcast For Women in Business
October 2024
Susanne Ekström's business journey began during the dot-com era when she was part of a major Swedish.com company.
However, like many others, the company faced the crash of the dot-com bubble, leading to bankruptcy. This devastating experience, which resulted in the loss of everything she had invested, drove Susanne to help other companies avoid such a fate.
Over the past 25 years, she has worked as a management consultant for various companies, both small and large, in different industries worldwide.
Regardless of the company's size or industry, Susanne has found that they often face similar problems, such as management not adequately listening to their employees.
She helps CEOs and their teams free up their time and maximize their company's potential in terms of productivity and profitability.
Additionally, Susanne focuses on designing business models that can scale at least two to three times. Inspired by her experiences as a consultant, she decided to start her own company six years ago, focusing on three areas.

CEOs: Boost Your Bottom Line by $499k in 99 Days.
Podcast: Incredible Life Creator with Dr. Kimberly Linert
February 2024
Susanne Ekström is an entrepreneur, coaching CEOs worldwide in building their companies better tomorrow. In the last 5 years, she has helped them increase their profits by more than 30 million USD.
Susanne lives in Gothenburg, Sweden. She is on day 661 of her running streak and she is a single mom of two fantastic sons (18 & 17). For Susanne’s youngest, who has ADHD & autism, life hasn't really worked out until recently. He has only been at home, not going out at all, not attending school, for the last 4 years. Now finally, this August - he moved to a boarding school & he's re-starting his life again, and she is so proud of him.
Out of the work Susanne does for her clients, combined with standing for her son in getting the help and support he needs, she has created her life mission: 'Having a world that works for everyone' -- within a company, within a school, or anywhere in life.
In the dot.com period, Susanne was one of the owners of a large Swedish dot.com. In 2001 they had to file for bankruptcy, and she has spent the last 20+ years after that helping her clients so they don't have to go through what she went through.

Interview: The Enterprise World
February 2023
Susanne Ekström was recently featured on the Cover Page of a Special Edition of The Enterprise World magazine, Most Successful Woman Business Leaders To Watch Out.
In continuation to it, our Senior Correspondent Apurva had a video conversation with Susanne. Most Successful Woman Business Leaders To Watch Out: https://theenterpriseworld.com/most-s... Susanne Ekström – Helping You Build Your Company’s Better Tomorrow: https://theenterpriseworld.com/susann...
Management of an organization can be tricky.
As a leader, you want your organizational processes to be smooth and seamless. But with too many things already on your plate, it can cause friction. At such times, seeking a strategic coach can not only help your company grow in the right direction but also give you a fresh perspective.
Led by Susanne Ekström, BeaSmarterLeader is a company helping organizations grow with its innovative and proven coaching program. Featuring for The Enterprise World’s this issue of Most Successful Woman Business Leaders To Watch Out is the story of Susanne.
In 2001, Susanne was a manager and one of the owners responsible for over 100 (of nearly 400) employees in a Swedish dot.com. The company had to file for bankruptcy in the stock market crash. It was devastating for everyone involved.
This experience taught Susanne the importance of clear processes and communication. The company struggled with productivity problems, where the entire team would constantly put out organizational fires.
This incident gave Susanne the impetus to work with clients with problems, issues, and ideas on working smarter, better, and more efficiently. Unlike most other companies, her strategies were completely different — asking questions, listening to their answers, and finding out which problem that’s the most important to fix…first.
